Bob and Shar Fillingham, USCG Masters Licensed Captains and certified US Powerboating instructors, are full time yacht brokers. Our office is at the Salt Creek Marina on Salt Creek in Bayboro Harbor, St. Petersburg, Florida. Salt Creek has a great history in our beautiful Sunshine City of St. Petersburg. The great maritime history of Tampa Bay and Bayboro Harbor, dates back to 1901.We bring a wealth of experience and maturity to the yacht brokerage community. We have many years of boating experience and have enjoyed extensive days and hours cruising throughout the Great Lakes, U.S. coastal waters, Canada and the Caribbean.
Our love of cruising even took us on a six month journey in 1997 to complete the Great Circle Waterway Trip – 5400 miles and 104 locks. If you are thinking about this type of voyage, be sure to ask us. We can help you with your yacht selection that would be best suited to a voyage of this nature.
Our boating experience includes both powerboating and sailing. We understand boats and we understand and love to work with the people who enjoy boating! We are well qualified to help you select and find your next quality yacht.

Fillingham Yacht Sales, Inc. is unique in that we also own the Powerboat Safety & Operating School. This is a hands-on, at-the-helm, on-the water powerboat instruction with full certification by US Powerboating, a national organization. We can help you reduce your insurance premiums and insure you are a safe powerboat handler. We also offer private powerboat instruction for anyone new to boating or moving up to a larger vessel, or anyone wanting to improve their skills. Perhaps your spouse wants to learn to drive your powerboat. We can help your family become safer on our waterways and knowledgeable about boating in our waters.
