Shar Fillingham - Cell (727) 403 0520 Bob and Shar Fillingham, USCG 100-Ton Masters Licensed Captains and certified US Power boating instructors, are full time yacht brokers with offices in St. Petersburg in the Tampa Bay area on the West Coast of Florida and offices on the East Coast of Florida in Daytona Beach, Florida, and Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Our love of cruising even took us on a 6-month journey in 1997 to complete the Great Loop Waterway Trip - 5400 miles and 104 locks. We can help you with your yacht selection that would be best suited to a voyage of this nature. John Hockenberry is a native of Florida and avid boater and fisherman. His favorite cruising and fishing grounds are the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. He is a graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He has spent many years working in the banking and finance industry before becoming a Yacht and Ship Salesman and joining Fillingham Yacht Sales. Throughout his career he has been known for his attention to detail and for being tenacious – great attributes for representing yacht buyers and sellers, not to mention his lifetime boating experience.
John lives on the East Coast of Florida and works out of Halifax Harbor Marina in Daytona Beach, Loggerhead Head Marina Daytona Beach, Sunset Harbor Marina Daytona Beach, Ginn’s Marina Palm Coast, and Inlet Harbor Marina Ponce Inlet. He travels from West Palm Beach to Jacksonville.

He has successfully sold yachts internationally to such far away countries as New Zealand, Australia, and Turkey.

Bill Mellman...Cell (727)480-5675 Jann Mellman spent 22 years with Motorola in a variety of domestic and international sales and customer care roles from 1987-2008, departing as Vice President-Customer Care. She has since worked with TE Connectivity and Harris Corporation in both direct and consulting capacities. Jann is looking forward to helping her new Florida Keys clients sell their boats or find the perfect boat for extended cruising as she and her husband, Capt. Bill, seasonally cruise between the Florida Keys and their home in North Carolina. Capt. Bill Mellman holds a 100-Ton Master's Captain License with Auxiliary Sail. Having been boating since age 2½, he has a wealth of experience with all types of power & sail vessels, having personally owned many different boats. He is also the Vice Commodore of the Marathon Yacht Club, where Jann & Bill reside on their Mainship 430 in the Florida Keys. |

Bob Miller moved south to the Sunshine State from Michigan over 28 years ago and he has been sailing and racing since he was six. His first boat was a 12’ Alcort wooden Sailfish and over the years he graduated to 22’ Catalina then a 30’ S-2 and most recently sold “Miller Time,” a 36’ Catalina. Bob has served on the Board of Directors at the Bay City Michigan YC, Bradenton YC and is currently the Race Captain at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. Bob has also served on the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was a member of the Bradenton Kiwanis Club. Graduating with a BA from Central Michigan University and earning a Master’s degree from Michigan State University, Bob also has his Master Captain’s U.S. Coast Guard License and has captained a wide varied of power and sail vessels. Bob spent a couple of summer vacations working for local boat brokers in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and he recently retired from the Manatee School District where he had been teaching “at risk” students. Bob and his wife, Jeanne, & pooch, Mandy, live in Bradenton; and Bob is looking forward to listing or selling your vessel, or finding you a new boat, in a conscientious and professional manner. |

Robert (Rob) Siviter (727)415-4676 Robert Siviter is a 3rd generation native of St. Petersburg, Fl. He has been an avid boater his whole life and grew up in the St. Petersburg Yacht Club sailing program. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he earned a degree in Business Management. When not showing boats, Robert enjoys spending time on the water diving, fishing, or just having fun with family and friends. He loves to travel and enjoys fishing in Costa Rica once a year.
