Robert “Bob” Fillingham
Founder · 1934–2026
Bob and his wife, Sharlet, founded Fillingham Yacht Sales with a simple philosophy: treat every client with honesty, integrity, and respect. Throughout his distinguished career as a yacht broker, U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain, boating educator, and entrepreneur, Bob earned the trust of countless clients and lifelong friends throughout the boating community.
Known to many as “Honest Bob,” he believed that buying or selling a boat was about far more than a transaction, it was about building relationships and helping others enjoy life on the water. His commitment to exceptional service and unwavering integrity became the foundation of Fillingham Yacht Sales.
Today, we are proud to continue the company Bob built and remain committed to the values and reputation he established.
