Overview
Accommodations include the owner's aft stateroom with a double berth and a full marine head with separate shower stall. The head entrance is from the salon. The forward guest cabin has plenty of comfort and storage with a V-berth. The Main Salon has seating for up to 8-persons and a large drop down table and a settee that converts into a berth for additional sleeping berth. The galley is quite large and has plenty of storage and counter space for preparing those gourmet dinners.
The cockpit has seating for up to 10 persons and a teak drop down table with a bimini top to keep you cool.
Sailing equipment includes Genoa with roller furling, fully battened main sail, spinnaker w/pole, and a baby forestay for the storm jib. Standing rigging was replaced 1995.

The Pearson 424 was designed and built for the yachtsman who has probably owned and/or sailed on several previous sailboats and is now ready for the ultimate sailing yacht with cruising accommodations.
This sailboat was designed by Bill Shaw and has two (2) companionways below. One companionway leads directly from the Cockpit into the Master Stateroom and Navigation Center. The second, amidships, leads into the Main Salon.

The 360 degree Cockpit is quite spacious and functional. Sail lockers are on port and starboard. Propane bottle locker with outboard drain is located in the Cockpit along with an aft lazarette.

The bottom was peeled in 1995 and all thru hulls were faired and recessed into the hull. At the time, four (4) layers of fiberglass were added to the hull. THE BOTTOM HAS NO BLISTERS! In addition, the owner has maintained this boat consistently and NEW BOTTOM PAINT WAS APPLIED SEPT. 2010 AND NEW ZINCS ADDED. The hull has also been waxed and buffed in 2010.
