Sleeps 6 in Forward Stateroom, Aft Master Stateroom, and Salon table which converts into double cushioned berth. Master Stateroom has a a centerline custom King Berth. Each Stateroom has an ensuite head with electric toilet in the Master Stateroom and manual toilet forward. Both Heads have separate walk-in shower stalls. Two air conditioning units in Main Salon and Aft Stateroom.
Galley is fully equipped, including water maker, as the current owner "loves to cook" and entertain her guests while cruising or just enjoying a wonderful fun-filled social occasion at the marina.
The large Cockpit has a walk-through entrance on the starboard side. Aft of the Cockpit is an additional covered seating area which provides a comfortable area to enjoy your current view, whether at anchor or the marina, reading, socializing, etc. The Owners refer to this unusual additional space as their "back porch". It is a wonderful added feature that you rarely find in a sailboat.
Sailing and safety equipment includes Harken Roller Furling Main and Genoa for easy handling and short-hand sailing and 8-man life raft. This is a perfect live aboard or cruising motorsailer. She is comfortable with a wide beam which allows great storage space and ample spacious accommodations for the owners and guests. The interior space is outstanding and her shoal draft, low clearance makes accessing the Bahamas quite easy. The low 54'5" mast clearance enables owner to clear all Florida ICW bridges.
