The Lafitte 44 is an exceptional Bob Perry designed Blue Water sailboat that is well engineered to take the punishment of the open seas. 'Promise' is hull #23 of fifty six Lafitte 44s built and most are still plying the oceans. Layout includes two staterooms, aft and forward with 2 heads . The aft head also doubles as a wet closet with grating for water to drain.

The is powered by a 61hp Lehman 4D61 diesel, is very spacious and roomy throughout with plenty of storage for long passages and is an ideal live aboard. The Lafitte 44 is a proven offshore cruiser with a teak deck and beautiful lines.

The owner is motivated so schedule a viewing and bring on an offer.
