Overview

The Cape Dory 33 is a full-keel boat that optimizes her cruising comforts both inside and out. These boats combine a level of comfort, safety and an ease of sail handling that are not found in many boats of this size. Cape Dory Yachts built boats for over 25 years and has a reputation for high quality, integrity and excellence.
'BALSAM IV' has been cruising the past five years by her current owner, was repowered with a new YANMAR 29hp DIESEL in Oct. 2011, and includes and NEW AirMarine Wind Generator (2013) a 70 Watt Solar Panel and a NEW 9' inflatable dingy with a 6HP Mercury four-stroke O/B (2012). Her owner moved ashore in January 2013 and the vessel is currently on the hard, ready for inspection. Cape Dory is well worth the trip to see up close and personal, the owner is motivated to sell and looking for an offer.

With some TLC she'll be ready for relaunch to begin her next sailing adventure.
