Overview

The Owner of this yacht is a very professional sailor with years of experience under sail in all weather conditions. He is also a very clever craftsman who has added a multitude of new features and modifications to the yacht in order to make it comfortable and convenient for one or two-person sailing or for a whole team.

We can only highlight here a few of the many new features that the Owner added in 2013 which include all new chainplates, new Selden mast, all new standing and running rigging, new boom, Harken back stay adjuster, new furling head sail, new bow pulpit, new mast pulpit. In 2015 the Owner also refitted the yacht with a new bimini with Sunbrella poly carbonate windscreen cover.

The electronics are current including a Raymarine chartplotter, Raymarine Speed/Depth/
Wind indicators, Raymarine Autopilot, Standard Horizon VHF w/DSC.

This yacht also has a 2007 Yanmar Diesel 54HP (745 hrs), Entec West 4.2KW Generator (2009) (143 hrs), and Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning/Heating (2009), Viking 6-man life raft (current certification thru 2019). The beautiful dark blue hull is painted with Imron. New bottom paint Summer, 2017.

All the sails are in excellent condition including 130% North Genoa (2013), 100% North Jib (2005), North Full Batten Main (2013), North Quick Cover (2014), North Gennaker w/sleeve, and Staysail (2004) which attaches to removable staysail stay.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This sailing yacht easily sleeps 6. The forward double V-berth stateroom has an ensuite fresh water sink and cabinetry. There is a Quarter Berth aft and to starboard of the Galley. The Main Salon has a long settee port and starboard which pulls out to provide additional sleeping accommodations for 2 additional guests. The Navigation Station is to port and aft of the Galley with easy access to the companionway and cockpit.

This sailing yacht has been extremely well maintained and features beautiful teak and holly sole along with teak bulkheads and beautiful teak cabinetry throughout the yacht.
