Overview
Nelson/Marek, one of sailings most recognized design teams was commissioned by Morgan Yachts to design their fastest 45 footer and the end result was the Morgan Nelson/Marek 454.
The Morgan Nelson/Marek 454 is unusual in the fact that she has performance sailing (96 PHRF rating) and superb accommodations all in one. 'Anonymous' is a superior performing vessel on all points of sail and will provide exhilaratingly fast passages. One of her best features is her shoal draft with centerboard. When the centerboard is up, her draft is only 5'6", which makes it easy for her to gunk hole around. With her board-down, her draft extends to over 8' which makes her safe and very stable offshore.
'Anonymous' has been exceptionally well maintained in excellent condition by her live-aboard owners, has been continually updated and is turnkey for her next owner. The current owners' have moved aboard their new vessel and they are motivate to sell.

Salon is designed with a U shape dinette to starboard that converts to double berth. Opposite is single settee . Forward stateroom has a queen size V-berth with ensuite head and stall shower. Sleeping accommodations for 6.
Aft of the salon on port is the full galley and walk thru to aft master stateroom with island queen berth, hanging lockers, cabinets and private head with shower.
The nav station is on the starboard side of the salon next to the companionway entry. Upholstery, teak and holly cabin sole all in excellent condition.
