ACCOMMODATIONS
This sail boat is a fine example of this classic Catalina sail boat. With its air conditioning and refrigeration, dingy davits, dingy and out board this boat represents a great value. She has a large cockpit with pedestal steering, teak cockpit table, teak drink holder and bimini. Below there is a forward V-berth with a large overhead hatch for good ventilation. To port the head and shower, lined in white laminate, trimmed in teak and very bright, is outstanding for a 30’ boat. To starboard is a hanging closet / locker. The salon area consists of port and starboard settees with a drop down table that stores on the port side bulkhead when not in use(origional table which lowers for a berth is available with boat). This leaves the salon area open for entertaining or just relaxing. There is a large quarter berth aft on the starboard side. The interior teak, and interior cushions are in excellent condition.
