“The Office”
Overview
"THE OFFICE" is now open!!!!
At this price point, a bit of TLC is still required.
This 33.5 is in good shape for her age. She has made a number of trips to the Bahama's and now the owner is planning on moving to North Florida and is looking for a "Quick Sale." A very comfortable vessel for both cruising and club racing. Redone wiring to the 16,000 AC unit gives this Hunter plenty of comfort while at the dock. The 27hp Yanmar 3GM30 is ready to move you at six knots at 2,500RPM's. The cushions were replaced four years ago and her sails are in good condition for your next trip.
The Hunter 33.5 offers both a fore and aft Cabin with a queen size bed in the aft berth. Double S/S sinks make the galley area easy to work in. Bright & airy below, but functional and fast up on deck. Internal halyards and midboom sheeting coupled with inboard genoa tracks make sailing this ship a breeze. The aft swim ladder and walk-thru transom make getting in and out of the water very easy. Pedestal steering with engine controls and a large lighted compass make navigating your 33.5 a snap.
