The Fountain 34 Sportfish CC Open Bow was designed with the tournament fisherman in mind but it will certainly do double duty as a dive or runaround boat. A 9-foot 6-inch beam makes the 34 easy to trailer and provides a smooth, stable ride in the ocean. This boat incorporates a positive lift, notched transom, pad keel hull design. Twin Mercury 225 Opti's will push this boat to 59 mph and cruise at 52 mph while only burning 32 gph. This is almost half of any of many contenders in this market. Jump up to triple Mercury 225 Opti's and increase the top speed to 68 mph. This boat has an open bow with a recessed bow rail, padded gunwales, lots of rod storage and insulated fish coolers. The console includes a large head with shower and a standard T-top. The aft section incorporates a 50-gallon circulating livewell with a padded seat and a walk-through transom door.
